shipping & returns

shipping

withdraw a product
Due to the short shelf life of the fruit, we can only support unconditional returns within 3 days, (we accept unconditional returns within 72 hours from the time you receive the goods) shipping costs will be borne by us.
refund
Due to the perishable nature of our merchandise, order error reports will no longer be accepted after 72 hours. If we make a refund based on your order error report, we will refund you via your original method of payment within 7-10 days. Please contact Customer Service
product damages
If you encounter any damaged fruit or packaging that you are not satisfied with, please let us know and return it within 72 hours. We will cover the shipping costs and reimburse you for your loss or compensation.
